Very important to note: The only person who can remedy your access is the person who signed up your child. Sportsengine (correctly) does not allow anyone else (coaches, anyone on boosters, site admins, etc.) to control who can enable access to your children's account information.
We've seen reports that those who have used the sportsengine "sync calendar" function do not always get updates (like game time changes) made to pre-existing events if using the google calendar sync function. It apparently works for other calendar sync systems, and it apparently works (for all sync systems) for any newly-added or deleted events. OLW does not have control over these technologies and suggests that coaches keep players and parents overly-informed of any changes to the schedule.
